Maybe impressive . . . but IMO too cumbersome.
One or two 9mm Glock on the side of the driver's seat . . . easily reachable by both the driver and the passenger would be my choice.
I'm both left and right-handed with guns.
(I do not drive a car anymore and my wife is quite proficient with guns . . . with her right hand).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
But here in Alaska that isn't really something we need !
Crimes in the whole of Alaska pale compared to cities like Philly, Detroit, Chicago etc. etc. etc.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
But we do have them in our car in the extremely rare occasion we need to drive to Anchorage . . . just in case.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Never in Valdez !
At least not where we live.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The moment a shot is fired the whole community would show up armed to the teeth . . . ready for any contingency !
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And besides . . . no unfamiliar car would drive through our streets without being followed by a thousand suspicious eyes !
Anyone harming our community would have no chance of escaping . . . and the police would meet a wall of "no one saw anything" !
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That is . . . assuming they found the corpses !
==============================================================================
Speaking of right and left-handed !
I made sure my two kids could write, shoot, hammer, handle a chainsaw . . . and do everything with both their hands . . . which my parents failed to teach me.
And now I'm pretty much handicapped with my left hand (other than with guns and mouse) . . . and my right hand, due to wear and tear, can't even lift a salad bowl !
